Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Elliott Aviation NBAA 2026 Pre-Purchase Evaluation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Elliott Aviation, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 6601 74th Ave. Milan, IL. 61264.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at the start of the IADA event on October 19, 2026, and ends at the close of NBAA-BACE on October 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by:

  1. Scanning an official Elliott Aviation Sweepstakes QR code displayed at the IADA event or NBAA-BACE 2026.
  2. Completing and submitting the official online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) total entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, or business transaction is required to enter.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Alternatively, eligible participants may enter without attending IADA or NBAA-BACE by mailing a 3″ x 5″ card containing their name, company, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before October 22, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than October 29, 2026.

Limit one (1) total entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified.

Mail-in entries and QR code entries will receive equal odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A complimentary aircraft pre-purchase evaluation provided by Elliott Aviation.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20,000.

The pre-purchase evaluation is subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be scheduled and redeemed during calendar year 2027.
  • Applies only to an aircraft under active purchase consideration by the winner.
  • Subject to Elliott Aviation facility availability and scheduling.
  • Travel costs, aircraft transportation costs, repairs, discrepancy corrections, taxes, and any services beyond the scope of the standard pre-purchase evaluation are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about October 30, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form.

If the selected entrant:

  • Cannot be contacted,
  • Fails to respond within seven (7) days,
  • Is deemed ineligible, or
  • Fails to execute any required documentation,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, company name, city, state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor before prize award.

 

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Elliott Aviation and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and for administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after winner selection.
