Moline, IL, November 11, 2019 –Elliott Aviation, a leader in Aviation MRO Services has hired David Fenton as Chief Administrative & Financial Officer at their headquarters in Moline, IL. Fenton has over 25 years of experience in finance, technology, and operations. David will be replacing Jeff Hyland who served as Elliott Aviation’s CFO for the last 28 years.
