Accessories
Aviation’s Accessory Shop provides component overhaul, inspection, repair and servicing for numerous aircraft parts and accessories. We are NDT certified level II & III (ET, MT, UT, PT) to provide one-stop shop services, minimize downtime and save you money. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D facility, Elliott Aviation technicians are trained to provide the highest-level of quality services available. As an FAA and EASA certified repair station, Elliott provides the most experienced and proficient service technicians committed to quality, exceptional value and the highest level of customer service.
Airframe Modifications
People all over the globe come to Elliott Aviation’s three Midwestern facilities for all of their upgrade needs, including service bulletin modifications, increased baggage capacity, engine replacement and other performance enhancements. We utilize our in-house engineering staff and partner with OEMs and the most sophisticated modification companies in the industry to provide the innovative solutions for our customers.

Engine Line Maintenance

Our decades of experience have taught us what and where to look for any potential hazards that could jeapordize the functionality of your engine, and we take meticulous care to prevent and repair any possible issues.
Non-Destructive Testing
Elliott Aviation is Level II certified NDT facility, providing eddy current (ET), ultra sound (UT), liquid penetrate (PT) and magnetic particle (MT) testing. With Hawker Beechcraft and Cessna certifications, our state-of-the-art equipment and NDT-certified technicians can efficiently fulfill testing requirements and detect discrepancies not typically visible with the naked eye. Our in-house NDT capabilities help us reduce downtimes and expense for our customers by eliminating the hassle of sending components out to third party companies for non-destructive testing. Elliott Aviation’s NDT services are also available for off-site inspections.
